The Kuali Disbursement Voucher Quick Expense (DVQE) has been enhanced to support Credit Balance Refunds (CBRs) for Citibank Travel Cardholders. This new functionality allows for a credit on a USC Travel Card—as a result of a supplier refund, overpayment and/or cancellation—to be refunded to the account originally charged for the expense.
