Korean Churches for Community Development (KCCD) and the City of Los Angeles Human Relations Commission (HRC) are hosting the 10th National Lighting the Community Summit at Los Angeles City Hall on November 2-3, 2017 at Los Angeles City Hall, and on November 4, 2017, at the Belasco Theater.
